I’m Vivien Badino — an Executive Coach and Leadership Mentor, dedicated to empowering professionals and organizations to realize and unlock their full potential.
Professional journey
My career began in the world of HR Technology and Consulting, where I spent over 15 years leading large-scale cloud transformations across Europe, U.S and Australia. From Budapest to Barcelona, London to Houston, Paris to Berlin, and all the way to Melbourne, I’ve built and led high-performing teams, driven multimillion-dollar sales pipelines, and delivered complex programs for some of the world’s most iconic brands — from global luxury leaders to top-tier financial institutions. Through strategic vision and a deep commitment to excellence, I rose through the ranks to reach the pinnacle of my corporate career as a Vice President of Consulting. My career has been a purposeful journey — shaped by deliberate choices, unwavering discipline, and a deep passion for creating lasting impact.
The origin story
As an executive within leading global corporations, including members of the Big Four, I’ve shaped strategic roadmaps, guided clients through transformative change, and built trusted partnerships — all while empowering diverse, cross-functional teams to excel. My work has always been about more than systems — it’s about people, growth, and transformation. That’s what reignited my passion for coaching and sparked a new clarity for mentoring.
Originally my coaching journey began with my Bachelor’s dissertation — awarded First Prize and selected for a National Championship, affirming not only the quality of the research but also the strength of my conviction in the power of coaching. That early recognition planted a seed that has grown steadily over the years.
As the journey continued
With roots in the heart of Europe, I’ve lived and worked in seven countries across three continents, shaping a truly global perspective. The journey wasn’t always easy. I needed to learn to turn obstacles into stepping stones and built the resilience needed to succeed. But it wasn’t just about my own growth, beyond the titles and milestones, what truly energized me was mentoring and guiding colleagues and teams for over a decade to thrive. Today, I feel deeply called to give back by continue mentoring others — helping them navigate their own paths, build endurance, transform skepticism into success, and prove that the impossible is possible.
